Call for Submission of Project Concept Notes (CPNs)

  1. Tanzania Atomic Energy Commission (TAEC) in collaboration with International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) presents its compliments to the general public and has the honor to announce the start of preparations for the Technical Cooperation (TC) projects for the year 2026–2027. The (TC) projects are prepared through submission of Country Program Notes (CPNs)/Concepts.
  2. The CPNs should be developed based on the Country Programme Frameworks (CPFs) (attached), and should take into consideration other national development plans. Different stakeholders/sectors where nuclear technology can provide contributions for sustainable developments are strongly welcome to submit their concept notes based on the attached template (National Project Document).
  3. The submitted concept notes will be reviewed and thereafter will be submitted for discussions during the stakeholders meeting in April 2024 for refining the concepts.  We would appreciate if we obtain the concept notes by 10 April 2024, through email address dg@taec.go.tz; copy nla@taec.go.tz.
